1. If you attend the inspection and are not satisfied with the inspection or report tell me before receiving the report, and I will make it right or you don’t pay a penny.  It’s that simple.
    

2. I believe as a professional I should stand behind my work.  When you choose me as your inspector you will receive at no charge 90 day limited home warranty that covers mechanical and structural components.
    

3. Consultant for life?  As long as you own the home you can rely on me for advise on maintenance or remodeling help, as well as to verbally go over any estimates of work your going to have performed.

I always suggest you get at least two estimates, then fax or e-mail them to me.  I will go over them to ensure they meet construction standards, and that they are not charging you too much.  Consultant for life!
